North East England Branch covers the Cleveland, Durham and Northumbria policing areas that are steeped in industrial, architectural, ecclesiastical, historical history and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
Visitor attractions include Middlesbrough's Transporter Bridge, Angel of the North, Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham and Teesdale Dales, Northumberland National Park, Hadrian's Wall, Lindisfarne {Holy Island} and the surrounding coastal area.
